In July 2002, it became a joint venture with a South Korean company, forming "Longkou Jinzheng Machinery Co., Ltd." It is situated 10 kilometers from Longkou Port and 80 kilometers from Yantai Port. South of Qingdao and across the sea from Dalian to the north, its convenient transportation and advantageous geographical location provide the company with broad development prospects.
Currently, the company has a total investment of 350 million yuan, fixed assets of 150 million yuan, covers an area of 100,000 square meters, and has a building area of 80,000 square meters. Jinzheng Machinery is an integrated company specializing in the development, casting, processing, and marketing of automotive brake discs, brake hubs, water pumps, oil pumps, air pumps, and other parts. In response to market demand, it has invested 10 million yuan in the design and development of various products such as ABS brake discs and brake hubs. The company has over 2,000 product models, mainly exported to countries and regions including the Americas, Europe, South Korea, Japan, Canada, South Africa, Western Europe, and Taiwan, China. The company boasts a strong professional technical team with years of experience in product research and development and manufacturing. It is equipped with advanced computer-aided design and manufacturing facilities and software, and possesses over 410 advanced production and testing equipment, including over 350 high-precision automated production equipment.
