Daily inspection of brake discs

1. Regularly check brake disc thickness: Brake discs wear gradually during use. When the thickness is below the manufacturer's specified limit, they must be replaced. Typically, brake discs have wear indicators. When the brake pads rub against these indicators, a noise is produced, reminding the owner to replace the brake discs.

2. Observe the surface condition of the brake disc: The surface of the brake disc should be smooth and flat, without cracks, deformation, or severe uneven wear. If any abnormality is found, the cause should be checked immediately, and repairs or replacement should be carried out promptly.

3. Check the fit between the brake disc and the wheel hub: Ensure that the brake disc is securely fastened to the wheel hub without looseness to prevent damage to the brake disc or impaired braking effect due to vibration.
